Brother Tim's
restaurant was founded over 30 years ago. We were the
very first vegetarian restaurant on the south side of
Chicago. Brother Tim started as a baker, baking bread
and desserts of all kinds, as we still do today. Our
very first location was at 79th and Paulina, in themid
70's. From there, we opened the second store on 74th and
Cottage Grove. The third operation opened in the mid
80's , on Hyde Park Boulevard. In 1998, we opened as
Vegetarian Fun Foods at 1702 E 87th Street.
And nowadays in 2009, located at 622 E. 71st Street
(71st & Champlain), we still make all our products from
scratch and with love. No extra additives, always
fresh. That's the way we do it at Brother Tim's - rich
in history and rich in flavor. |
